This code is not applicable on Mobile Postpaid Bill Payments and DTH Recharge.

DO you agree, if any recharge offers (4% or more) works on airtel & Max cashback is more it can become FPD? otherwise it can not become FPD.

Anyway, i want directions on deal becoming FPD or not. Nothing else.
In softer way, have a open rules so everyone knows.
