I uploaded my Voter card details back in the days when other apps like Paytm was asking for KYC etc., I thought that was KYC done there! Now this option again! How much data of ours they need and in how many form FFS! Anyway this option is not available for my PIN code.

How it works
Step 1: Choose a date and time slot as per your convenience and provide address where verification can be conducted.
Step 2: A background-verified agent will arrive at the scheduled time to verify your original proof of address and PAN card.
Step 3: Handover photocopy of Government issued address proof – Driving license/Passport/Voter card, PAN card and one passport size photograph to agent. You will also need to sign the KYC form.
Step 4: Documents will be sealed in envelope and brought back for re-verification.
Note: Presence of the person who owns the Amazon pay balance account is mandatory.
Done 20 days back, still no cashback came despite chatting with customer care

Did it today in Chennai. They took documents and photocopy today after getting my signature. But I am skeptical about cashback. Think it will take them more than a month to process it.

There is an additional option I’m seeing today, labelled as Upload KYC Documents, upon clicking on it you’ll be redirected to a page wherein you need to upload Photo, Address Proof and Identity Proof, anyone seeing this? Is it because the door pickup option is not available for my PIN code?
