Moreover cow milk or ghee is good for elderly people due to less fat contents but buffalo milk is good for growing kids… Both have its advantages and disadvantage…

i do understand, but now a days in every 2-3 days ghee is available at this price tag, so now it is a deal but for being a steal it should be below 250-300… its my take, may be different for every one

Today i prepared ghee at home from buffalo milk.
Got 200 ml ghee in 4.5 ltrs milk.
Used packet of full fat buffalo milk @ Rs. 48 a ltr.
Costing comes to nearly Rs. 250 a ltr. Of ghee.
100 % pure buffalo milk ghee.
Milk can be used for drinking or tea. Only malai removed.

Cow milk has less fat whereas buffalo milk has more fat.
Buffalo Milk is little expensive but its ghee is cheaper because of fat
Content.

More cow milk is required for getting 1 kg of its ghee compared to buffalo milk.

Bhai cow ghee is little yellolish in colour. BUT many companies do mix colour and pass it on especially during discounts. Secondly yes purecow milk is available in mumbai atleast in my area for Rs. 70 a litre. Samne khade hokar duoodh nikalte hue dekh sakte hi agar uski time par paych jao toh.  And  yes they are the brown /  black cows  and not  jersey cows.
Getting it from gaushalas.

only 200 ml ghee in 4.5 ltr milk in Rs 216
so 1 ltr ghee will come in approx 22 ltr milk in Rs 1050

Why dont you read the full comment. First of all dont use word ‘’ ONLY ’’ 200 ml. as if you have made some quacky invention to get 1 kg from the same. Secondly, the milk used is not to be thrown in the gutter after removing its cream, it is used in drinking or making curd ,tea ,cofee. Its everyday every household ritual for using milk for either drinking plain or in tea coffee ir curd. So dont exaggerate things before understanding.
Full fat cream milks cream is cornered in many households on a routine basis to extract butter.
They gather cream of 4  -  5 days and then make  ghee of it.

Hope you got it now.

Bro recheck the price list of amul , etc. cow milk is always expensive sunglasses
Cow ghee is better for those who arent involved in much physical activity, whereas buffalo ghee is for those who are indulged in such activites
This thing depends person to person, but thats sure that cow ghee and milk is always expensive (atleast here in north india)
I can find milkfood ghee (buffalo one) anytime @ 325 in big bazaar or big basket
