Customer can choose to redeem one of the following services:
1. Couple Movie voucher twice.
2. Saloon voucher worth Rs 1000
3. Dinner voucher worth Rs 1000
4. Hotel accommodation for two nights at listed destinations with Rs 1000 meal credit.
The end customer can redeem the gift voucher via the online way or by making a call on the contact number as provided below. Step by step process for redemption of the gift vouchers is as follows: -

Online redemption Process:
STEP 1: Customer shall get the redemption voucher get the redemption key on registered mail id
STEP 2: Log on to the website: www.godrejdeepots...in and enter the redemption key.
STEP 3: Enter the mobile number and verify the OTP.
STEP 4: Upload invoice of purchase of Product of the Company
STEP 5: Select the service he/she wishes to redeem.
STEP6: Select City, Date and Timings. Submit the request.
STEP 7: The Participating Customer will get request ID on the registered mobile number.
STEP 8: The Participating Customer will get confirmation code , Timing slot booked and contact person name and address of service provider on his phone i.e. movie hall/ restaurant /saloon within 8 working hours from receipt of request. (Hotel reservation requests may take upto 3 working days)
STEP 9: The Participating Customer shall eventually show the confirmation code to the service provider and enjoys the service redeemed.

Redemption Process on Call:
STEP 1: Customer shall get the redemption voucher get the redemption key on registered mail id
STEP 2: Call the helpdesk number 0172 6605500 / 4955500 (Monday to Friday between 10.30 am to 5.30 pm) and share details.
STEP 3: Take photo of redemption form clearly showing registration key and of invoice of purchase share it through e-mail or whats app.
STEP 4: The tele assistance will help the Participating Customer to shortlist service provider for service chosen nearest to his/her home.
STEP 5: The Participating Customer shall get request ID on the registered mobile number.
STEP 6: The Participating Customer will get confirmation code on his phone and address of service provider i.e. movie hall/restaurant/saloon/within 8 working hours from receipt of request. (Hotel reservation requests may take upto 3 working days)
STEP 7: The Participating Customer shall eventually show the confirmation code to the service provider and enjoys the service redeemed.

Terms and Conditions:
1. In the event, the Participating Customer fails to redeem the Voucher benefits on or before 31st March 2019 (“Redemption Period”), the Company/Promotion Coordinator will not entertain any claim or adjustment at later date. This is a purely redemption based scheme wherein Participating Customer must claim to avail benefits.
2. The Participating Customer in order to redeem the Voucher will have to mandatorily provide/communicate the Redemption Key, invoice copy clearly indicating the Product bought, invoice date and the GST number.
3. Promotion Coordinator and/or the Company reserves the right to decline the services/Voucher to any Participating Customer, if any claim is found to be beyond the Offer Period or if product is not covered in the offer or does not carry GST number of outlet it is purchased from or if voice is tempered with or if redemption key is not valid.
4. The Company may, at its sole discretion, withdraw, extend the Offer Period or may change/modify terms and conditions of the offer with or without prior notice in this regard. This offer cannot be combined with any other offers of the Company.
5. The service/ Voucher can be redeemed only by the Participating Customer who has bought the Product of the Company. The Vouchers cannot be gifted, sold or distributed to persons who have not bought Product during the Offer Period.
6. Herein the Participating Customer authorizes Promotion Coordinator to send the transactional messages and phone calls in relation to the redemption process.
7. No cancellation or amendment is possible after confirmation of booking with any of the service/Voucher providers. In the event of Participating Customer not availing the service against the confirmed booking no replacement or alternate reservation shall be offered.
8. Reservation requests for redemption of movie, dining and salon Voucher must be made by the Participating Customer at least a day in advance. Participating Customers can book services for Sundays and National holidays but new requests cannot be raised on such holidays.
9. Once the redemption request is submitted in case of non-receipt of any communication, the Participating Customer may directly contact Promotion Coordinator at their below mentioned help desk number.
10. Promotion Coordinator holds the right to disqualify any redemption claim found to be fraudulent. All redemption claims will be checked for their authenticity/accuracy of actual purchase from the Company.
11. The Company reserves the right to modify, cancel, extend, or discontinue the Offer, or any part thereof, without ascribing any reason and without any requirement for any prior notice to the Customer. Any such modification, or cancellation shall be updated on the Company website www.godrejdeepots...in.
12. The Company from whom the Product has been purchased will not be liable for any loss or damage under the Offer.
13. All customers’ complaints/consumer cases and other legal cases/complaints filed against the Company/ grievances/escalations/issues claim with respect to the redemption of vouchers and any matter connected there with shall be communicated to Promotion Coordinator and will be handled by Promotion Coordinator at its own cost, consequences and expenses.
14. All disputes related to this Offer shall be subject to laws of India and shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Chandigarh Courts alone.
