I know that except many of them are listed as 500ml or 1000ml refills, so either the seller doesn’t know what he’s selling OR he’s selling a truck load of horse s*** & either way it’s misleading & possibly even fraudulent if you’re the one who’s been conned.

Sure but would you say that the description on the refill products’ page is accurate? If they’re advertising 1000ml & sending just 900ml, assuming 1000ml isn’t available, they’re at the very least misleading (potential) buyers. If not, even then it should be something like 4x 250ml just for better clarification.
