Offer: The customer will get INR 1200 instant discount on minimum booking amount of INR 6000(excluding convenience fee and any ancillaries purchased eg: meals, insurance) on Domestic Flights paid through Kotak Credit & Debit card payments

To avail the offer, customer must enter E-Coupon GOKOTAK in the E-Coupon field
This Offer is valid on Kotak Bank credit , debit cards and EMI payment mode
This offer is not valid on Kotak Bank net banking
payments & Corporate travel card payments
The offer is valid on every Friday from 4th January 2019 to 25th January 2019 (both days included)
The offer is valid on bookings made between 0000 hrs to 2359 hrs on every Friday
The offer is valid for bookings made on Goibibo’s Website, Mobile site, Android & iOS App only
The offer is valid on first eligible transaction per card per month during the offer period.
The instant discount will be posted into customer’s account within 60 working days from the date of transaction on the best effort basis.
What else do you need to know?

Offer is not applicable on payments made through Wallet (Goibibo Wallet – bonus amount), 3rd party wallets, COD, Pay Pal.
Customer cannot use goCash & goCash+ wallet balance with this offer
Instant discount will be calculated on Booking amount exclusive of convenience fee, Insurance, Zero Cancellation Protection & Ancillaries fee
Conditions in case of cancellation

In case of full/partial cancellation the offer stands void and customer will not be eligible for discount
The Customer shall not be entitled to instant discount in the event of cancellation of booking. Goibibo will refund the purchase price after deducting the instant discount amount and any other applicable cancellation charges/penalty
Other Terms and Conditions

This offer is made to Kotak Mahindra Bank (“Bank”) for Kotak Debit Card, Credit Card customers (“Customers”).
This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer of Goibibo
Goibibo reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether
For any card related claims, the customer shall approach the Bank and Goibibo shall not entertain any such claims
Goibibo shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure event
Customers, who are Travel Agents by occupation, are barred from making bookings for their customers and Goibibo reserves the right to deny the Offer against such bookings and to cancel such bookings. For such cases, Goibibo will not refund the booking amount
In no event the entire liability of Goibibo under this offer shall exceed the amount of promotional discount under this offer
Goibibo shall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer
Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi
Customers who fail to enter the promo code or using the wrong promo code shall not be eligible to avail the Offer. Bank shall, in no way, be liable in the event the Customer fails to enter the coupon code or uses the wrong coupon code resulting in Customer becoming ineligible to avail the Offer.
The Bank holds out no warranty and makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services offered by Goibibo. Any issue or dispute or claim regarding the goods and services must be resolved by the Customer directly with Goibibo without any reference to the Bank.

The Bank and Goibibo, reserve the right to disqualify any Customer from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
The Bank and Goibibo reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Offer, including, extending, withdrawing or discontinuing the same without prior notice,
