Amazon has bungled shipping of many orders during this sale. A prepaid order (seller CLOUDTAIL) placed on 11th Oct has not been shipped yet…

Amazon is so much better in terms of shipping compared to FK. I was surprised to see many products having one-day delivery option through out the sale while in the case of FK, shipping is delayed by one or two weeks
Your case seems to be an exception, may be they didn’t have instant stock
I got Redmi Y2 @ ~7200 by using SBI card and Amazon pay cash back offer , it was great , really admirable
Ordered a Gym equipment from Flipkart but now its been a week and order not delivered and customer care telling to wait till deadline.
Whereas, Rs 20-20 product delivered next day by Amazon thats why love Amazon for their fast delivery and good customer support.
This is not a public demand sale, earlier was Dusshera Sale and upcoming is Diwali sale.
Amazon just made story because the last sale got over just 2 days ago and it will be an overdose of sale for customers.
But off late their packaging standards have gone down hill… Many products are simply shipped either wrapped in plastic or just shipping label attached directly on the product box… For AMAZON brown box packaging they do not use either enough bubble wrap/ air filled bags or ZERO protecting material is put inside leading to product damage during shipping movement & mishandling by ATS personal…
Got my MI Smart scale with shipping label attached & no additional protection… Box was damaged, product survived…
Flipkart still has better packaging standards… Now even PAYTM brand authorized sellers ship with better packaging than AMAZON…

Indeed…. My most expensive purchase in last sale was from PAYTM.. Singer Sewing Machine sold directly by SINGER. They sent it very securely in a PAYTM Brown Box with bubble wrap & Air filled bag packed to the brim….
Same experience earlier this year with my Logitech Speakers packed very well…
Only PAYTM customer care is crap otherwise their brand authorized seller service is quite good. I remember buying a Godrej safe few year back & talking to the authorized dealer prior to purchase who assured & sent the product in a quite good packing with proper bill….
I puchased a tv costed me 80000rs from paytm, it was 1L+ on amazon, and nearly 1L on flipkart. Almost 90000 was market price. Paytm rocks.
Only if its Authorized Brand Dealers… There are a lot of crooks on PAYTM as well & in that case PAYTM customer care is hell to deal with…
i dont do paid orders with FLIPkart- if the price is low enough will place a COD only (mostly big appliances bought last year)- I am yet to do KYC (mini/full) in paytm – i dont even look at paytm offers. when ever i download paytm app and try to do mini kyc with PAN or vote rid- there is no such option- asks only aadhar- I dont want to go to any store or some one to come to my place for finger print—— finger print only for Banks/RTO office for driver liecence / Passport office. existing old sims updated aadhar only vis sms very recently (aadhar got only few months ago) amazon pay mini kYC with Pan / freecharge minikyc (3/4 accounts ) with DR/PAN/Voter ID etc. so by and large buying only in amazon..COD & prepaid when there is an incentive …

amit (india CEO) : [email protected] they wont reply but some one from TEAM will call you- no guarantee issue will be resolved. you can highlight issues in all consumer forum complaint web sites. FILE A CONSUMER COURT CASE – i think it is no charge- they will send a notice to amazon.
if you can find the web sites- file complaint letters in cnbc /india today/ ndtv/ economic times/indian express/ times of inda / deccan herald (bangalore paper) Iam sure if you make a big stink- may get resolved.
