Ordered at 10:05 A.M. but no Mobikwik cashback till now 12:00 p.m. Saved snapshot of cashback confirmation page for raising Mobikwik ticket.

Edit: Got it just now at 12:12 p.m.

Grofer oportunity is available on 12th n 13th (daily)
Mobikwik is 12th to 17th (only once)

I can’t see any space to apply the code even at the mobi payment gateway nor after loading the money, any suggestions?

first there’s mobi payment gateway then we have to load the money through our card, do you mean that after loading the money?

I first loaded money to mobikwik, and then checked out from grofers, fed coupon at mobikwik, got cashback in half-an-hour.

2 hours since order placed, order delivered also but no cb yet.

More than 4 hrs, no CB, should I cancel the order, as it is scheduled to be delivered tomorrow.

You have to enter coupon at the time of making payment to Grofers not at the time of adding money in Mobikwik wallet.

It is working smoothly. Got 100 rs in my account.
