Mobikwik has a customer unfriendly policy where they change T&C at their whim. I closed the account with them after a lot of regrets. In this case Grofers will only lose their brand value associating with Mobikwik. They have been warned.

Add 1000 – 250 will remain as main balance and 250 supercash will be used. This is how it used to be . Not sure if anything has changed .

Yes, in Mobikwik they have updated the Minimum as 1500 but in grofers still showing 1000. For Checking KYC, click on wallet menu beside history in mobikwik app. Mine also OTP based kyc.
