Can’t trust paytm.. I have had a bad experience with them.. Cancelled the order immediately.. Will wait for next offer

@avgn @adnan_d92 i got respinse on twitter. yr cashback will be processed b/w 24 hr to 48hr automatically.

Even i didnt get cashback for todays order placed.. delivery tomorrow..

1st and 2nd cashback was instant…

do let us know once you get cashback.. else will cancel the order before delivery..

Until now I haven’t received cashback for transactions done around 8PM yesterday. I have safely cancelled all those orders.

Has anyone received the cashback for yesterday’s transaction. I am not sure if they just ended the offer without even declaring it.

So waiting till Evevnig ~5-6Pm, then take a call.

what they told is that paytm cashback is only applicable once during the duration (1st-3rd April)
Then how come we got the discount on 2nd transaction done on 2nd April from the same paytm account??
hearing this I cancelled the third order I did on 3rd april.

Subsequently as the offer was still active, I made transaction thru other paytm account for the first time, for that I didn’t get the instant discount.
chased them on twitter and they said “you will get the cashback within 24 hours”

Got cashback 3 times and each time it was 100rs. So the cashback is not just once per account.

when did you make the 3rd transaction and when did you get its cashback ?

Thats why wait & watch, if u have enough time for cancellation.

those who did tx till 2pm yesterday, all got cashback.

got cashback all 3 times, placed order at 11 am yesterday, it was instant

placed order yesterday 10 pm for first time.no cb till now

Anyway no one can help..
I suggest , raise concern/complain to grofers & paytm both on twitter or by other means.
Then they have to give.

PS: As i got received communication over twitter , cashback will be given in 24 hour. Hope so they will give.
