Biggest challenge they had was /and probably is that they don’t guarantee delivery if I order something from store x and it is out of stock they call and give you alternative I cannot necessarily accept brand x for y thats why I ordered y and no penalty on non delivery like BigBasket

you can save additional 1% I guess using Payumoney which makes it 225

There Is No saving On purchasing online grosery I had compared it with market price does’t have a huge discount , If I purchase for rs 1000 and there is saving of rs 100 and IF I purchase from market I can save 70-80 easily . Without having tension to maintain account , deposit money into the bank, care for no transaction’s. PROFIT ONLY ON PURCHASING OIL"S AND GHEE"S Online as I Feels.

Online grocery shopping is just not for saving money, it is for saving time, being hassle free, no traffic tension, no parking tension, no carrying heavy bags, no trolley pushing, no waiting at queues… Monetary is one thing, comfort, convenience & choice is another thing

Couldn’t agree more.

Online grocery saves time and hassle of visiting the store, queuing up for billing, and carrying the grocery home. I will buy online even it’s 5% more than offline store.

and above the convenience they are providing they are bearing the costs themselves and giving extra discounts on that..
