No. The offer on the repeat orders is applicable to maximum once per customer per day. This will be calculated on the maximum of the values of orders placed in a day. For example, if a customer places 3 separate repeat orders of Rs. 3003, Rs. 1001, Rs. 2020 in a day (all fully paid by using Amazon Pay balance as the payment option), then the Rs. 3003 order would be considered & the customer will get a single Rs.200 back (in Amazon Pay balance as an Amazon Gift Card) for the Rs. 3003 order only.

1.This promotional offer (“Offer”) is brought to you by Amazon Pay India Private Limited (“APIPL”) and made available by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“Amazon”) on the Amazon Now mobile application (“App”) on 14th – 16th November for delivery slots between 12PM – 6PM (“Offer Period”).

2.These offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) are in addition to the Amazon Now Service Terms and Conditions, and Conditions of Sale as available on the App to which you agree by using the App and the terms and conditions applicable for the Gift Cards (“Gift Card Terms”) issued by QwikCilver, available below. To the extent the Amazon Now Service Terms and Conditions, and Conditions of Sale are inconsistent with these Offer Terms, these Offer Terms will prevail with respect to the Offer only.

3.As part of the Offer, you will receive a cashback credit in your Amazon.in (as defined hereinafter) account via an Amazon Gift Card (as defined herein below), such amount will reflect as Amazon Pay Balance (“Amazon Pay Balance”). 5.Subject to these Offer Terms, during the Offer Period, every person who:-

(b) the order value of such purchase is more than INR 1999/- from one cart;

Every person who fulfils the criteria mentioned above will be entitled to receive one Gift Card worth INR 200 that is issued by QwikCilver.

6.In case of multiple repeat orders in a day, the highest eligible repeat order would be considered for the purposes of this Offer and the Purchaser will be entitled to get a maximum of 1(one) Gift Card worth INR 200. For instance, if the Purchaser places 3 separate repeat orders of Rs.3003, Rs.1001, Rs.2020 (all fully paid by using Amazon Pay balance as the payment option), then the Rs.3003 order would be considered & the Purchaser will get a single Gift Card for the Rs.3003 order only on the day of placing the order.

7.In the event such order is partially fulfilled by the seller, the order will remain eligible as per the order value at the time of placing order. However, in the event such order is fully cancelled by either the Purchaser or the seller, the Purchaser will not be eligible to receive any Gift Cards.

8.It is hereby clarified that under this Offer each seller cart in App is an individual order.

9.This Offer is applicable only on groceries, household supplies, baby, pets & beauty products. This offer is not applicable on any electronics, kitchen & home appliances, home furnishing, toys, sports & fitness products, storage devices & office supplies.

10.In case the Purchaser is eligible for other offer(s) and entitled to benefits under such other offers, the Purchaser will be deemed eligible only for the offer under which the benefit available to the Purchaser amounts to the maximum. As an illustration, if during the Offer Period, the Purchaser is eligible to avail two (2) offers in addition to this Offer, then the Purchaser will be entitled to receive the benefit (such as cashback) only for one (1) out of the three (3) offers (the Purchaser’s participation in the other offer will be deemed withdrawn), however such offer will be one that provides the maximum amount of benefit to the Purchaser.

11.The Gift Card will be sent to the registered email ID of the eligible Purchaser within 21 days from the date of order delivery.

2 Redemption
Gift Cards may only be redeemed toward the purchase of eligible products on www.ama...in. Purchases are deducted from the redeemer’s Amazon Pay balance. Any unused Amazon Pay balance will remain associated with the redeemer’s Amazon.in account and applied to purchases in order of earliest expiration date. If a purchase exceeds the redeemer’s Amazon Pay balance, the remaining amount must be paid with by credit card, net banking or debit card. No fees or charges apply to Gift Cards. QwikCilver may provide Gift Card purchasers with information about the redemption status of Gift Cards that they purchase or use.
3 Limitations
Gift Cards, including any unused Gift Card balances, expire one year from the date of issuance. Gift Cards may only be purchased in denominations ranging from Rs. 10 to Rs. 10,000, or such other limits as QwikCilver may determine. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value or redeemed for cash. Unused Gift Card balances associated with an Amazon.in account may not be transferred to another Amazon.in account. No interest will be payable by QwikCilver on any Gift Card or Gift Card balance. QwikCilver makes no representation or warranty that www.ama...in will always be accessible without interruption.
4 Fraud
QwikCilver is not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission. Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“Amazon”) will have the right to close customer accounts and take payment from alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained Gift Card is redeemed and/or used to make purchases on www.ama...in.
5 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You, QwikCilver and Amazon each agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore. You agree to indemnify QwikCilver and Amazon for all claims brought by a third party against it or its affiliates arising out of or in connection with a breach of any of these terms and conditions.
6 Limitation of Liability
NEITHER QWIKCILVER NOR AMAZON MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO GIFT CARDS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT A GIFT CARD IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY WILL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT CARD.
