Offer 1 says transact once, there is no minimum spend mentioned. Offer 4 says minimum spend 5000 to earn 250 voucher? These two offers clash and I’m confused whether the conditions are combined. I think there are only 3 offers, (let me know if I m wrong). Offer 2, 3 and 4.
Also, is this applicable on orders through SmartBuy or any retail purchases?

Have 3 HDFC cards in my family , still did not get offer in anyone.
Don’t know on what basis these banks roll out these offers .
Don’t use either of them for a couple of months or more. You will get the offer.

Same here.almost every month i get these mails and spend way much than needed amount.still haven’t got a single coupon yet.once i asked cc about it and they were like we are registering your concern and u will get call back. That was 2 months ago.
I had received similar email from HDFC in Oct, Nov and Dec 2019. Fulfilled the spending criteria but never got any vouchers. CC says that I wasn’t eligible for the offer, even though I received the email directly from the bank. Had raised it to Nodal officer in March, but then lockdown…

Even I haven’t received for Jan month. Customer service you can’t even reach now days. Problem with HDFC and even ICICI too is they don’t honor their offers. Customer needs to keep track of the offers.

Never got any gift voucher
Have not received voucher intimation for Jan Feb Mar offers. Although have received vouchers for spend based criteria in the past. Maybe they will start sending post lock down as most of their staff is only looking mostly to the important banking needs.
