Rupay Cards Now Accepted In PayPal ?
If you mean whether one can now avail paypal offers on rupay cards then that probably will never happen as rupay is technically a competitor to paypal payment gateway.Check the latest myntra paypal 600 cashback thread where someone confirmed rupay card not working for this offer. If you mean whether international payments on paypal now work with rupay card then I am not sure as by default it doesn’t work but I think I read somewhere that international/platinum rupay cards may work on international paypal payments but not sure.

I’m having HDFC Bharat Rupay credit card. That also has 5% benefits for fuel, grocery, IRCTC, mobile recharge and Bill payment. Rs.150 Max cashback per month. No reward points in other spends.
So, if you’re looking for fuel benefits alone, then Bharat card is better option as it’s for all petrol pumps.
Or else Standard chartered super value titanium card is also good for fuel.
