helpchat having bigger problem.. many issue related to cab booking. Even if have ola/uber/jugnoo app, u can find out , cab are available in those app not in helpchat.

in Noida location i didnt find any of this issues

I read somewhere that Uber changed their API and the client can no longer know the amount paid for the ride so Helpchat can not calculate the percentage for the cashback.
