This marketing program (“Program”) is from SBI Card & Payment Services Private Ltd. (“SBICPSL”) under an arrangement with Shopclues. (“Merchant”) is open to all residents of India holding a valid, current and unblocked SBI Credit Card (“Cardholder”) and to whom a communication is sent by SBICPSL.
The Validity of the Program (“Term”) is from 06 – 10 Sep2016 (Both days included), unless extended by SBICPSL and Shopclues by mutual consent in writing.
Under this program, SBI Credit Cardholders get 5% Cashback as per below construct only on EMI transactions done at Shopclues Mobile App or Website. Cashback offer valid only on successful EMI

SBICPSL will not be responsible for EMI conversion/Cashback posting of transactions where on account of a technical issue at merchant website, EMI option could not be opted for.
Offer valid for only two EMI transactions per credit card.
Cashback for eligible EMI transactions will be posted to card on Nov 07, 2016
This program is applicable to all residents of India holding a valid and current SBI Credit Card, excluding Corporate Cards.
The offer is valid for 3 month, 6 month, 9 month and 12 month EMI option. 14% Rate of Interest is applicable on monthly reducing balance on EMI transactions
No two offers can be clubbed. The cashback offer under this Program cannot be clubbed with any other offer or discount extended by the merchant as part of any other arrangement.
The products and/or services offered under this program are at the sole responsibility and liability of merchant, at their exclusive costs and consequences. SBICPSL does not endorse nor recommends the quality, suitability/ fitness for a particular purpose(s), merchantability, delivery and after sale services (if applicable) of the products and/or services being offered and/or made available under this program. Accordingly, SBICPSL will not be responsible and liable for any/all matters/claims connected therewith including but not limited to product/service liability, quality, fitness for a particular purpose(s), merchantability, defects, deficiency, representations, warranties etc., with respect to such products and/or services.

Under no circumstance will the Cashback offer being offered under this Program be settled with cash in lieu by SBICPSL or by merchant
Any query regarding the program will be entertained only till March 15th, 2016. Post such date, SBICPSL & Merchant will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Program from any persons.
SBICPSL will not entertain any correspondence regarding the validity or acceptability of any additional benefits offered by merchant on its products and the same shall be at the sole risk and consequences of merchant and without reference to SBICPSL.
All government Levies like Sales Tax, TDS, any Local Tax, Octroi etc., shall be payable by the Cardholder as applicable at the time the respective Programs were offered.
Any disputes arising out of the Offer shall be subject to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by SBICPSL for this purpose. The proceedings of the arbitration shall be conducted as per the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The place of arbitration shall be at New Delhi and language of arbitration shall be English. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against SBICPSL.
Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in the Programs. Any such participation is voluntary and the same is being made purely on a “best effort basis”.
SBICPSL and Merchant reserves the right to modify or change any of the terms and conditions applicable to these Program at any time with/without prior notice to the cardholders.
SBI Credit Card Terms & Conditions, Convert2EMI T&Cs and MITC apply in addition to above program terms & conditions
The offer is not applicable on feature phones ,gift cards ,storage devices, gold coins and bars and precious jewelry
This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion/offer running on the website.
Shipping will be charged wherever applicable.
ShopClues holds the right to cancel or change any offer at its discretion.
