They are very bad. Everyday I see my website down for atleast 30 mins. Unfortunately I bought it for 3 years for 50% off. Its better to go with others.
In India, its not hostgator which manages. they have outsourced. Just the brand is Hostgator.

Digitalocean is in the process of setting up the data centre in India. DO is reliable than hostgator or ctrls or something similar. Wait for a month.
