Merchant Terms and Conditions:
1. The Offer is valid on transactions done on Goibibo Web & Mobile application.
2. To avail the Offer Customer need to enter coupon code for respective
booking before payment. If coupon code is not entered correctly then
Customer will not receive any cash back.
3. Cash back will be credited to the Goibibo account for eligible transactions.
Hotels Cashback will be credited in customer account after check out from
hotel.
4. The Offer can be availed twice per product category (Domestic Flight,
International Flight, Hotel) per month.
5. All transactions completed during the period starting from 00:00 hrs on 25th
July, 2016 till 23:59 hrs on 30th Oct, 2016 shall be considered under this
Offer.
6. Dates of Travel/Hotel Stay are completely open.
7. The Offer is brought to the Customers solely by the Goibibo and Visa Cards.
8. It is mandatory for the Customers to pay with a valid Visa card issued in India
only to avail the Offer.
9. Offer is valid on all Hotels available on Goibibo except those who do not
accept any Promo Codes. Such hotels will be marked distinctly with a
mention of “Loyalty based Promotion only” message.
10.Offer is not valid for transactions made on IVR/Phone with Goibibo Customer
Care.
11.Offer is valid on Adult & Child bookings only. Not valid for Infants.
12.Hotels and Flights are subject to availability.
13.The Offer cannot be clubbed with any other existing offer
at www.goibibo.com/...le app and cannot be assigned/ transferred to any
other person/customer.
14.Any dispute arising out of this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of competent courts in Delhi.
15.The Customers agree to be bound by the terms & conditions contained
herein. Without a Customer being required to do any further act, he/she shall
be deemed to have read, understood and unconditionally accepted the terms
& conditions herein.

Visa Terms and Conditions:
1. Offer details as shown are based on information provided by the Merchant. No
warranties are made by Visa that the information is correct. Please check directly

2. The Merchant is the sole provider of all goods and/or services under this
offer. Accordingly, the Visa Cardholder understands, acknowledges and agrees that

make any Claim against Visa.
