I have similar printer but older model (3545) . The cartridges are expensive but stationary shops in my area refill them for ₹50 and it works fine

In 2016, its cost was Rs.5299. I also refill @100 for both cartridges. First you buy bigger one. In it there is only introductory cartridge of 2ml capacity which finish early.
