I just paid 1k for petrol and got 5% cb.

1. “Cash back” campaign is open to all Customers who purchase fuel thru HP Refuel mobile app / Paycode. Mere participation in the campaign implies acceptance of terms and conditions of the campaign.
2. This campaign will commence at 00:00 hours on 15.08.2019 and closes at 23:59 hours on 31.10.2019 (Offer Period), HPCL reserves the right to extend or shorten the Offer Period, or change the terms and conditions at it sole discretion without any notice.
3. Customer who purchases fuel thru HP refuel app for more than Rs 100 per transaction will be eligible for Cash back.
4. Customers will be selected on random basis thru a computerised program for Cash back, every day.
5. Customers so selected will be given up to 100% of the transaction value subject to predefined maximum limit and the cash back is added to their wallet. Cashback will reflect in a user’s HP Refuel Wallet account within 48-72 hours of the transaction.
6. Customers who get selected will get Cash back varying between 5% to 100%
7. The transaction for which Customers get selected for Cash back, will not get any other incentive/rewards on that transaction.
8. Once a customer gets a cash back under this campaign on any transaction, he/she will not be eligible for the cash back during the remaining period of calendar month. However, the transactions which do not get selected for cash back will continue to get 1% of the transaction value in the form of Payback points.
9. The HPCL reserves the right to, without liability or prejudice to any of its other rights, at any time, without previous notice and from time to time, withdraw/suspend / amend/cancel the Cashback offers, and the terms applicable thereto.
10. HPCL decision would be considered as full and final and no claims of what so ever nature would be entertained on selection of customers for cash back.
11. Cashbacks are only available on HP Refuel mobile application versions 4.0.0 and above
12. Cash back so credited in the wallet can be used only for purchase of Motor fuel / Domestic LPG
13. Domestic LPG transactions using HP Refuel QR code only be considered for current campaign.
14. Membership to the HP Re-Fuel Program shall be at the sole discretion of HPCL.
15. Customers are requested to download HP Re-Fuel Mobile App. thru Google Play or App Store. For customers who are already enrolled in the program can click Forgot Password to generate new Password, in case they have forgotten the password.
16. HPCL shall not be liable for problems faced by the customer while using HP Re-Fuel on account of poor or bad or no network connection or due to any other reason, though reasonable attempts will be made to rectify the issue.
17. Fuels are also available for purchase without participation in this campaign.
18. No correspondence will be entertained with regard to the campaign.
19. Disputes if any will be subject to Indian laws and shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
20. Participation in the campaign will be treated as void wherever such campaigns are prohibited under local laws.
21. The decisions of HPCL regarding this campaign are final, binding and non-contestable. No queries, clarifications and suggestions will be entertained on the modality of selection of customers for cash back or calculation of reward points which would be entirely at the discretion of HPCL.
22. In Tamilnadu, customers will get 5% assured cashback only on 1 Transaction in a calendar month subject to Maximum of Rs. 100
