- Self Employed – Latest personal income tax returns and business card.
- As per regulatory requirement relevant proof of residence, identity and PAN card / Form 60 will be required.

You can mask the card numbers. All they wanted to see is the issue dates, your name and might be the starting series of your card

hi do u know the eligible salary for “indusind Plantinum card” in bankbazaar.com ? not even showing up in eligible list of card applicable if i give any salary…
