Because Shopclues is better for small value products, but like electronics, it has not better return policy. Trust level is low.

I agree with the above post on avoiding large transactions purchases on Shopclues.
They will just stop replying to keep giving you same answers and put you in a loop. Recently came across fujitsu laptop was reading thru the reviews and I could see the frustrations of not responding on the returns.
