After looking at the pictures of watch at Amazon, it seems a cheap roadside watch with very low quality.
One can judge the quality of the watch by looking at printing on the Dial of the watch, which you can see easily by zooming the picture at amazon.

I am guessing the shipping charges
I was trying to place the order for Tanz headphones regarding ICICI pockets offer and there it showed me 399 shipping and handling
If its really worth 2800 its a great deal but i am not sure, there are no reviews on both amazon.com and amzon.in
