Create VPA in pockets app. Pay using VPA on the merchant Payment page.
Looks like its good for HP Petrol pumps (only fews are available) or Komparify !!

Just create a new VPA using Pocket, your ICICI account will be linked in the process if you have same no registered with bank.

2 UPI ID itself carries name of bank. SO if id has @ybl, then it is from yes bank-and the offers terms are NOT satisfied.
If it is having @icici, then it is from icici bank-and there should be NO issue.
