Terms & Conditions for Winter Dhamaka Campaign

This Campaign Offer is exclusively for Go Mobile+ mShoppi feature Application and not for any other Mobile Banking Product(s)/Service(s) of IDBI Bank.
 “Customer/s” for the purpose of this Offer shall mean a person who is an IDBI Bank
customer and registered with Go Mobile+ mShoppi feature.
 “Reward Incentive”/ “Offer” shall mean INR 40/- (subjected to an overall capping of Rs
1200/- during the campaign period), which will be given to only those “Eligible
Customers” who transacted minimum order value of Rs 100/- and above on mShoppi
during the period starting from 1st December 2019 00:00:00 hours to 31st December
2019 23:59:59 hours.
 “Eligible Customers” shall mean the top 500 IDBI Bank account users who have spent
the highest single value in single transaction using mShoppi feature of IDBI Bank Go
Mobile+ App per day during the Offer Period.
 “Offer Period” shall mean the period starting from 1st December 2019 00:00:00 hours to
31st December 2019 23:59:59 hours.
 “User” can avail Maximum of INR 40 per day during the campaign duration.

 “Primary Terms and Conditions” shall mean these terms and conditions applicable to
IDBI Bank’s Mobile Banking facility/service. The Offer also attracts other relevant terms
and conditions, if any, applicable to mShoppi .
 The Reward Incentive will be credited to the eligible identified customers within T+1
Working days post the transaction date. Reward will be credited to the source account
from which mShoppi transaction was made. The winners will be directly intimated by
SMS.
 In case of multiple transaction from a single user in single day, cashback eligibility will be
considered based on the highest value one transaction done on the day from mShoppi
of IDBI Bank Go Mobile .
 In case of a Tie among top 500 users of the day, earliest highest value transaction will be
considered on eligibility. Earlier time stamp of transaction will be considered as
qualified.
 Rewards are not transferable or exchangeable and non-cash prizes rewards cannot be
exchanged for cash.
 Grievances, if any, with regard to the offer will be entertained only up to 15th Jan 2019.
 In case of cancellation or refund, IDBI Bank will reverse cash back amount.
Eligibility –
 IDBI Bank Customer needs to have an Account with IDBI Bank;
 IDBI Bank Customers who are registered for IDBI Bank’s Mobile Banking Channel; and
 IDBI Bank Customer has to do a minimum transaction of Rs. 100/- or above using
mShoppi feature of IDBI Bank Go Mobile Application and reckoned to the eligibility for
the highest value in single transaction among the top 500 hundred customers in
particular day during the Offer.

Terms prescribed by IDBI Bank
 Participation in the Campaign by the Customer(s) is on a voluntary basis and IDBI Bank
shall not give any assurance that Transactions done by the Customer would definitely
reckoned to top 500 customer of the Bank in a single day.
