I too experienced the quality issues and very badly built and even they may charge you for the parts during the warranty also citing those parts are not covered. Microwaves from IFB is better avoid.

Even I feel the same. Will ask the courier guy to open it and check for seal then and there itself if the courier person is ok with it. Else it is going back in case of issues

For amazon verified sale , d products are at the amazon warehouse , products at their warehouse are sealed products , so chances of them being defective is less, i ve bought one
Well that’s true 99% of the times and when the seller is cloudtail, cloudtail India. But other sellers not so much, as they try to repack and reseal the items which are returned to minimize losses. In such products people would have returned it due to reasons of no demo (as been mentioned on the product page itself) or assuming the product is not working (they might not know how to use it). So this product calls for an unboxing video
