How to Invite on your Shuttle pass:

Open the Ola app and click on the Shuttle icon
Click on the QR code at the bottom right of the screen
Click on ‘Know More’ in the ‘Friend buys, Friend earns’ section
Get your unique Shuttle invite code & Share it with friends/Family
Get rewarded when your friend buys a Shuttle pass with your code
Enjoy Shuttle Pass Invite benefits
This feature will allow users to refer family and friends using a personalised 6 digit code.

Definition

Referrer : Person who provides his/her personalised code to family and friend.
Referee: Person who uses the personalised code of a friend.

Who are part of the Invite program?

Anyone who took at least 1 ride in last 3 months.

Where can user see invite code?

User invite code will be present under QR code screen present on the “Reserve a seat” (Booking screen) screen

What referrer and referee gets?

Both referrer and referee get Rs. 150 as cash back when referee purchases the pass. Please note, benefits are available only when user purchases a pass, pass needs to have more than 5 rides.

Referee: Referee will get benefit as cash back on 1st pass buy only.
Referrer will get voucher worth Rs. 150 when referee takes the first ride on the pass.

Terms and conditions:

Benefit to the referee : upto Rs. 150
Maximum referral benefit at any given point of time a referrer can have is Rs. 1500
Referrer will get the voucher on the referee’s 1st ride
Eligibility criteria for Invitation program: 1 ride in last 3 months
Eligible working days: 1 ride in last 3 months
Ola reserves the right to modify/withdraw the offer at its own discretion
Cashback will be credited via Ola Money
Only applicable for users purchasing Shuttle pass for the first time
User has to use the code for buying pass in same city (both referrer and referee should be travelling in same city)
Referral code can be used only on pass not valid with single ticket
Referrer Voucher is aggregate for better utilisation
Referrer Voucher validity is 60 days from last redemption of user referral code
Referrer voucher can only be utilised to buy a pass (renew a pass)
