Q2. How do I activate my Echo device?
In order to activate your Echo device, you need to sign in to the Amazon Alexa App with your Amazon.in account and connect your Echo device to Wi-Fi.
Once you have activated the Echo device, you can visit Manage Your Prime Membership page in the ’Your Account’ section on Amazon.in to check the status of your Prime Membership.
The included 1 year Prime membership will be assigned to the Amazon.in account which is used to activate the Echo device for the first time only.
Q3.My Prime membership has expired. How do I avail the included 1 year Prime membership?
In case your Prime membership has expired, you can start enjoying the benefits of the included 1 year Prime membership, within 72 hours of activating your Echo device
Q4.My Prime membership will expire before I receive the Echo device. What do I do?
You may choose to renew your Prime membership before the receipt of the Echo device. In such a case, the expiry date of your renewed Prime membership will get extended by 1 year, within 72 hours of activating your Echo device

Offer Terms and Conditions
1. This is a limited period promotional offer (“Offer”) in relation to the Amazon Echo devices (“Products”).

2. These Offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use and Sale to which you agree by using Amazon.in. To the extent the Amazon.in Conditions of Use and Sale are inconsistent with these Offer Terms, these Offer Terms will prevail with respect to the Offer only. Amazon reserves the absolute right to withdraw this Offer and / or alter these Offer Terms at any time without prior notice and without any liability.

3. You may only avail this Offer if you are: (a) located in India; (b) have set India as your current country in your account settings on the Website; and © have a billing address in India.

4. Under this Offer, customers may request for an invite / invite code (“Invite”) from January 02, 2018 to purchase the Products by visiting the Product details page and clicking “Request an Invitation”. Shortlisted customers who receive the Invite upon clicking the aforementioned button will be entitled to the following benefits (“Benefits”): -

(a) purchase one unit of the Product; and

(b) benefits of Prime subscription in the following manner: -

(i) if the customers do not have an existing Prime subscription, then unless Amazon determines earlier in its sole discretion, they will enjoy the benefits of Prime subscription for a period of 1 year (currently valued at INR 999) within 72 hours of activation of the Product;

(ii) if the customers have an existing Prime subscription at the time of activation of the Product, they start enjoying the benefits of Prime subscription for a period of 1 year from the expiry of their existing Prime subscription; and

(iii) for the customers who Purchase the Product under this Offer but whose Prime subscription expires before activation of the Product, unless Amazon determines earlier in its sole discretion, they will enjoy the benefits of Prime subscription for a period of 1 year within 72 hours of activation of the Product.

5. The customers will be entitled to the aforementioned Benefits only if such customers purchase the Product using the Invite within 3 days of receiving the Invite or until stocks of the Product are available for purchase on Amazon.in, whichever is earlier.

6. For the avoidance of doubt, this Offer cannot be claimed or the Products cannot be purchased if the time period within which the Invites need to be claimed lapses. Customers whose Invite lapses may request for another Invite, which will be processed at Amazon’s sole discretion and without any liability.

7. For the purposes of clarity, customers who requested an invite under the “Amazon Echo – Limited Period Launch” offer shall be eligible to receive benefits under such offer, subject to the terms and conditions of that offer, and not the Benefits available under this Offer.

8. This Offer may be availed only once i.e. any customer, who has already availed the Benefits under this Offer, shall not be eligible to avail the Offer again. Further, any customer who has received an invite under the “Amazon Echo – Limited Period Launch” offer and purchased the Product under the said offer will be ineligible to receive an Invite under this Offer. For the avoidance of doubt:

a. If a customer has received an Invite on, before or after January 02, 2018 and purchased the Product using such Invite, he/ she will be ineligible to receive an Invite under this Offer; and

9. Limited numbers of Invites are available under this Offer. This Offer may be withdrawn (and the customers may not be able to request for an Invite) if such limited numbers of Invites are claimed in accordance with these Offer Terms.

10. The Offer cannot be availed in respect of any other products listed on Amazon.in other than the Product(s) mentioned here.

11. The Benefits under this Offer cannot be claimed if the order for the Product is cancelled or returned, as the case may be, by the customer or the seller or Amazon, and in such case, the participation of the customer in the Offer will be deemed withdrawn.

12. In the event any customer fails to meet any of the above stated eligibility criteria or any term under these Offer Terms, he/she will not be eligible to receive the Benefit under this Offer.

15. Each customer acknowledges and agrees that Invites will be sent and requests for Invites will be considered by Amazon, in its sole discretion and without any liability. Additionally, each customer hereby releases Amazon and its affiliates, employees, and agents from claims of any kind in relation to the Offer (including but not limited to non-receipt of the Invite).

16. These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts at Bangalore will have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters/ disputes in relation to these Offer Terms
