How can I avail this offer?

The Offer can only be availed where the underlying purchase is completed on Amazon.in with one Product in the cart. This Offer cannot be claimed with multiple items in the cart (including multiple Products). In the event the purchase is completed with multiple items in the cart, the Cardholder will be ineligible for the offer.

The cashback is jointly being funded by the Bank and the Participating Sellers to the total exclusion of Amazon.
The customer can avail a maximum discount of INR 5000 per card.
This Offer will not be applicable if the Cardholder or the seller or Amazon cancel the order and/or the Cardholder returns the Product and, in such a case, participation in the Offer will be deemed withdrawn. In such a scenario, only the net amount paid by the Cardholder will be refunded. In other words, the instant discount will not be refunded or the cashback will not be provided, as the case may be.
Amazon and/or the Bank reserve the right to disqualify the Cardholder from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
Amazon and/ or the Bank reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary any or all of these Offer Terms or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
Delinquent and over-limit Bank’s credit card members will not qualify for this Offer.
Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any participation is voluntary and the Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.

I paid 56.5k. I’ll get 8k cash back. So effective price = 56.5k – 8k = 48.5k

You need to add 18% GST on interest extra in above calculation. The problem is 8k cash back is applicable on EMI transactions only.
