You need to fight with paytm CC for cashback.

Same thing happened to me for abhibus cashback. Customer care says it is not a abhibus transaction. I need to prove them with all transaction details. After fighting too much finally got cashback. So, Start communicate in twitter for better and quick response. They wont cheat you like Mobik*ick or sna*deal does..

These jabong guys replied me like this’"Please be advised that as per the records, no cash back offer was running at our website in the month of May. We would request you to share the offer details with us so that the matter can be investigated further."
I bought using paytm on 21/05/2016 while this offer was on

If ur amount was greater than 999 and u paid full invoice value using Paytm, u shoukd get cb within 25-30 days
