This Offer is solely made by Novarris Fashion Trading Private Limited (“Jabong”) under an arrangement with Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited (“Kotak” or “Bank”). It is open to all residents of India holding a valid Kotak Credit Card. (“Customers”).
Maximum discount amount per Customer is Rs.500/- during the offer period and maximum one (1) transaction is allowed per customer under the offer.
To be eligible for discount the Customer is required to make minimum one transaction for the amount of Rs 2000 (Rs Two Thousand Only).

To avail the discount, customers have to pay in-full with their Kotak Credit Card and is not applicable in case of partial payments. In case, for any transaction if a customer uses Jabong Gift cards, no discount will be applicable.
In case a customer is using his or her Kotak credit card through a wallet service, this discount would not be applicable.
Discount will be calculated on the net paid amount by the customer using Kotak Credit Card.
In case of a cancellation/refund, the discount amount will be deducted from the total refund due.
All Kotak credit card customers except Kotak Best Price Card, Kotak Travel Agent Card & Kotak Corporate Card are eligible for the offer.
Nothing expressed or implied in the Offer shall in any way waive or amend any of the terms and conditions of the existing Card member agreement with the Card issuer.

Kotak and Jabong reserves the right , at any time without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it.
Customers are not bound in anyway to participate in this offer. Any such participation is voluntary. Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
Customers who fail to enter the promo code or enter the wrong promo code shall not be eligible to avail the benefits of the offer. Bank shall in no way, be liable in the event the Customer fails to enter the coupon code or uses the wrong promo code resulting in the Customer becoming ineligible to avail the offer.

Any query/issue regarding the offer will be entertained till 26th February, 2017. Post such date, Kotak will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this offer from any persons.
All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above offer or otherwise relating thereto shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/ tribunals in Mumbai only, irrespective of whether any other court or tribunal has concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
This offer cannot be clubbed with any other Offer of the Bank.
The decision of the Bank in all matters in connection with and incidental to this Offer is final and shall be binding on all persons.
