 This Offer is applicable only for the JetPrivilege member to whom the email was addressed.
 ‘Offer’ means the below:
o Members will get eligible JPMiles back on all Economy & Premiere redemption booking done during
offer period
o Cumulative JPMiles redeemed during the booking period will result in total JPmiles back on
completion of travel as per the below slab:

Redeem 40,001- 80,000 and get 15,000 back
Redeem 80,001-1,50,000 and get 30,000 back
Redeem 1,50,001 & above and get 60,000 back
o Booking period for the offer is 12th Nov 2018 to 15th Dec 2018 and travel period for this offer is from
12th Nov 2018 to 31st Dec 2018 on eligible flights & sectors.
o Eligible Activity is defined as Jet Award Ticket against JPMiles that are booked and travelled during
the promotion period on specified sectors for a one-way or return travel.
o Offer is applicable on only Jet Airways Award tickets only
o This offer is valid on bookings done on all channels.
 Such members will be eligible to earn specified miles back of the total JPMiles redeemed in the form of a
special credit back into their account only after 2-3 weeks of completion of the travel period; i.e. 31st

 All JetPrivilege Award tickets are subject to taxes, surcharges, fees, carrier charges and any other
charges applicable at the time of ticketing the JetPrivilege award ticket.
 At no time may Jet Awards be purchased by, or sold to, to any person other than the member. Any such
JPMiles or Awards are void if transferred for cash or other consideration. Any person who commits such
acts is liable for damages, litigation and related costs to Jet Airways who reserves the right to terminate
membership of such persons.
 JPMiles can, however, be redeemed for JetPrivilege Award tickets for the member, or his family and
friends or any person whose name is mentioned on the JetPrivilege Award request form, duly signed/
authorized by the member.
 Members / Guests using Award tickets are requested to carry all required documents for check-in
 JetPrivilege Pvt. Ltd reserves the right to not accord the offer in case:
o the member has not registered for the offer
o the Jet Award ticket is not booked and travelled within the specified date
o the award travel is not undertaken on the mentioned eligible flights
o the award travel dates are revised which are no longer within the specified promotion date
o the award travel is booked and then cancelled / in case the member is considered a “No Show”
o In case of redemptions apart from the above defined eligible activity
o In case of any fraudulent activities
 Seats under this offer are subject to availability. Jet Airways or JetPrivilege does not guarantee
availability of seats under this Offer
 Reservations not ticketed within the specified time limit will be cancelled.
 Jet Awards will be issued only after the member pays the applicable taxes, surcharges, fees, carrier
charges and any other charges as determined by Jet Airways, Airline Partners and the government at the
time of ticketing the JetPrivilege Award Tickets.
 Jet Awards will be booked and issued by Jet Airways ONLY. Travel agencies are not authorized to book
and issue Jet Awards and Partner Awards.
 In case a member falls short of the JPMiles required for the award ticket on a particular sector, the
member will need to purchase additional JPMiles on www.jetprivilege.com/earn-jpmiles/buy...ut at
INR 1.25 / mile (excluding taxes)
 Cancellations/Refund/Reissues will be subject to Jet Airways ticketing policies and the rules governing
cancellation/refund/reissue fees, taxes, surcharge, levies, carrier charges and other applicable additional
charges
 The JPMiles mentioned in the illustrations are as per the JetPrivilege Accrual and Redemption structure
in February’2018. The number of JPMiles that can be accrued on various sectors and the number of
JPMiles required to redeem on various sectors are subject to change from time to time.
 All other Jet Award booking / ticketing / Reissue / Rerouting/ Cancelation rules will be applicable for
bookings made under this offer
 Award tickets have no monetary refund value
 This Offer is an independent offer and cannot be combined with any other promotional offer from Jet
Airways or Jet Privilege
 This Offer is subject to the applicable rules and regulations as may be in force in respective
jurisdictions/states
 All members waive any and all rights of claim with regards to the Offer against Jet Airways (India)
Limited or Jet Privilege Pvt. Ltd.
 The carriage is subject to Jet Airways regulations relating to the conditions of contract respectively and
all other terms and conditions regarding Jet Airways policies and procedures
 Disputes, if any, will be subject to Indian laws and shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the
courts in Mumbai
 JetPrivilege Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered or for
any personal injury that may be suffered to the member directly or indirectly, by use or non-use of
products/services under this Offer
 The decision of Jet Airways (India) Limited / Jet Privilege Pvt. Ltd will be final and binding on all the
members participating in this offer and that the same is non-contestable
 Jet Airways (India) Limited and JetPrivilege Pvt. Ltd. reserves the rights to change, amend, withdraw
and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of this Offer at any time without prior notice of giving any
reasons.
