The phone has sim card inserted . You can’t use any other sim except that and the first recharge has to be done from jio store. So you need to go there and get the kyc done and get your phone number and first recharge.
Ps – if they denied you kyc or first recharge of you haven’t shop from them or authorised seller on amazon or other shops then you can’t do anything.
