1] the time barred ‘deal’ is intermittently getting sold out and going back to being live.
2] the recurring (consumables) expenses matter more than any one time up-front outgo. so please be noted.
3] the brand does not follow the model of having its own staff or offices and is relying on the franchise network to relay/address any product or services complaints. The same may or may not be as responsive or efficient in all the places. There are known issues of it being really poor in some locations. so please be noted.
4] i’d shun the brand like it were bubonic plague, if on calling their call collect number (1800-nnnnnn) you are politely asked by the IVR to next time call the 10-digit number that is given out in the IVR. So in service complaints one has to call a billable service support number or rely on the local franchisee to help one out. [incidentally this is true of few of the other brands in the retail purification products business.]
