We also have the Grand model from 2015 with lesser water capacity, it’s just an okay unit. You’ll be spending about 4-5k per year (unless small family of 3 or less with a child) to change all those membranes and stuffs. The unit now takes 90 minutes to be filled up, it was like 50 minutes before. They are now saying the motor might needed to be changed, and it costs 2500.
I say look elsewhere if going for UV+RO+UF with TDS Control.
