Bro..I understand..It doesn’t come with warranty. But many people gave good reviews about this product sold by this seller.
Anyways its a risk associated.

A friend of mine has this mobile for about 6 months now and its working fine.
No issues faced till date.
Bought it from the local market for 1k (Bangalore).

It looks good, and feels strong too (dont know if its really strong enough, but feels good)

So for the price quoted i would say its a good mobile:-D
