Under this offer customer will get up to 10% Cashback for spends done on their Kotak Credit Card from the period 25th Oct 2016 to 5th Jan 2017. There are three Slabs for the Cashback amount. On reaching the Target spend specified below, customer will be eligible for same respectively

Process for Participation
In order to be eligible for the offer: Customer needs to transact using Kotak Credit Card from the period 25th Oct 2016 to 5th Jan 2017. And spends should fall under below given slab to qualify for 5%, 7.5% or 10% Cashback
Offer Terms and Conditions:
1. This Offer is valid on all transactions in stores/ off line or Ecommerce / Online transactions done by Kotak Mahindra Bank (“Bank”) Credit Card
2. This offer is valid for all transactions in stores or Ecommerce / Online transactions done
between 25th October 2016 and 5th Jan, 2017 (“Offer Period”).
3. Qualified Customer: The offer is only applicable to Kotak Mahindra Bank Credit Card holders who have registered/opt-in for the offer and who meet the spends threshold described below
4. For a customer to qualify for participating in the offer, the Customer is required to register as follow
- Customer has to register/opt-in for the offer between 00:001 hours on 25th October
2016 to 11:59 hours on 5th January 2017
- Customer can register for the offer by messaging “CASHBACK” to 5676788
- Customer would be eligible for cash back on total spends between 00:01 hours on 25th
October 2016 up to 11:59 hours on 5th Jan 2017 basis total spends done from 25th Oct to 5th Jan 2017 as per the below:
Total Spends from 25th Oct’16 to 5th Jan’17

Rs. 50,000 –Rs. 99,999 5% Rs. 1000
Rs. 1,00,00 – Rs. 1,99,999 7.5% Rs. 3000
Rs. 2,00,000 and above 10% Rs. 7500
5. All Spends and cash back are in INR
6. If there are zero spends (`0) between between 25th Oct 2016 – 5
th Jan 2017, the customer will not be eligible for cash back. All Spends and cash back are in INR
7. Total spends and cash back would be calculated on a per customer basis
8. Fulfilment of offers will take place on or before 5th Apr 2017. Full details of the same shall be shared with the respective winners at their registered email ids.

9. Cash transactions and balance transfer transactions are not eligible for this offer. Transactions
which are reversed or cancelled will also not be considered. Refunds/ Cancellations / Reversals
will not be considered as eligible transactions.
10. Cardholders classified as delinquent will not be eligible for this Offer.
11. This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other Offer.
12. Please note that highest spends is subject to merchant settlement of transactions. Hence only
transactions settled by merchants within the program period will qualify for the offer.
13. Both Primary and Add-On Cards will be eligible for the program.
14. The Customer has to spend a minimum cumulative amount of Rs. 50,000/- to Rs. 99,999 to be
eligible for 5% Cashback; Minimum spend of Rs. 1,00,000 to Rs. 1,99,999 for 7.5% Cashback and
Rs. 2,00,000 and above 10% Cashback . Max Cashback cab are Rs. 1000, Rs. 3000 and Rs. 7500
respectively.
15. The Customer can avail cashback only on one transaction made during the offer period. 25th Oct
2016 to 5th Jan 2017
16. The Cashback will be credited to the Customer’s bank account/credit card within 60 days of the
offer end date
17. In the event an order is cancelled or returned, the customer will not be entitled for the cash
back.
18. In case the Customers email id is not registered, bank will be unable to intimate the Customer
regarding offer. In such a scenario the Customer will be called by a bank representative and the
Customer will be informed that the offer will be sent only once the customer updates his/her
email id. Customer needs to call up customer contact center once the email id is updated and
the voucher will be sent to him/her.
19. Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the product/
vouchers.
20. Customers are advised to read and understand the terms and conditions of the merchant before
making any purchases. The Bank merely facilitates its Customers to avail the benefits of the
offer and is in no way concerned or connected with the terms and conditions of the merchants.
21. The Bank holds out no warranty and makes no representation with respect to the delivery and
quality of the goods and services offered by the merchants. In case of any queries or disputes
with regards to the quality and delivery of the goods and services, the Customer is required to
resolve the same directly with the merchant without any reference to the Bank whatsoever.
22. Transactions done through Netc@rd /ATM Cash transactions and online cash transfers would
not be considered for the Offer.
23. Any transaction where in the opinion of the Bank there is reasonable evidence that the
transaction is not authentic or genuine and the Cardholder has indulged in deceit/fraud of any
nature to claim the offer, shall not be eligible for the offer.
24. Any participation in this offer is voluntary. Any person availing of this offer shall be deemed to
have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
25. The Bank reserves the absolute right to change / modify / withdraw / suspend / cancel this offer
at any time without giving any notice and without assigning any reason.
26. The decision of the Bank in all matters in connection with and incidental to this Offer is final and
shall be binding on all persons.
27. Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory
authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the Cardholder
due to provision of the Offer, shall be to the sole account of the Cardholder..
28. All disputes arising out of or in connection with this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, irrespective of whether any other courts or tribunals have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
