Get 5% cashback on minimum online spends (websites / app), of Rs. 5,000 during the offer period, at international merchant websites or Apps (maximum cashback is Rs. 500)
Offer Validity: 1st August’18 to 31st August’18
Offer Terms & Conditions:
1. The offer is only applicable on international payment / purchase transactions done online through Kotak Debit Card at merchant Websites or Apps.
2. The offer is NOT applicable on international face to face payment / purchase transactions done in-store through Kotak Debit Card at retail merchant and ATM withdrawals at international location.
3. Cardholder needs to make a cumulative international online spends of Rs. 5,000 during the offer period, through Kotak Debit Card to be eligible for the 5% cashback, upto Rs. 500.
4. Maximum cashback applicable during the offer period is Rs. 500 only.
5. Each customer will be eligible for the cash back only once during the offer period if the offer criteria is met.
6. The program is valid for the online spends done at international merchants / website/apps using a Kotak Debit Card between 1st August’18 to 31st August’18 (“program period”), both days inclusive.
7. Please note that cash back is subject to merchant settlement of transactions. Hence only transactions settled by merchants within the program period will attract the cashback.
8. Transactions which are reversed or cancelled will also not be considered.
9. The cashback earned will be credited to cardholders’ account 60 days after the offer period ends.
10. Cardholders who have closed their accounts before the cashback is credited or cardholders with NRO accounts will not be eligible for this offer.

General Terms & Conditions:
1. The offer is valid only for a select set of Kotak Debit Cardholders (“Cardholders”) who have received communication from Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited (“Bank”). Bank reserves the right to offer the program to any of its cardholders at its sole discretion.
2. This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer.
3. Any participation in this offer is voluntary. Any person availing of this offer shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
4. The Bank reserves the absolute right to change / modify / withdraw / suspend / cancel this offer at any time without giving any notice and without assigning any reason.
5. The decision of the Bank in all matters in connection with and incidental to this offer is final and shall be binding on all persons.
6. All disputes arising out of or in connection with or as a result of this offer or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or tribunals at Mumbai only, irrespective of whether any other courts or tribunals have concurrent or similar jurisdiction
