What issues you have?
Bro It’s not working online. It’s a prepaid card. 3k max. You need cvv and otp which is not coming. And If a hacker wants to steal money he can do it any way. We aren’t safe now in this world. Hackers can do anything.
Can you add money from this gift card to any Digital wallet ?
no wallet supports prepaid card. In fact most of the online websites don’t accept prepaid card. U can use it to fill fuel offline. That’s the only use I found.

plus 811 wont work anywhere even on Paypal…
What’s the benefit of this card and any annual charges?
First it’s not working online.
Second Paypal is considering it as prepaid card so no cashbacks.
