@viSH may be, just may be because Xiaomi’s service is nothing short of shit and people just don’t invest into expensive devices knowing the support they get in the future is pathetic. Brands such as Samsung and Apple provide better and reliable customer support making people trust them better. Yes, there are exceptions with reputed brands too but with Xiaomi the exception seems to be getting a good service support in a rare occasion!
Talking of OnePlus, I didn’t hear too many complaints about their support either and never had any experience personally so I can’t really comment on that.

No information on Android version of this phone on Snapdeal. 
Chinese smatphone makers are good in hardware but lacks the software support. In GSM arena this phone is showing with Lollipop and i am sure it will stuck with it.
