Even after so many handsets being pushed out into the market lately Redmi Note 3 still seems to be holding quite well against the competition. Has the least number of issues.

I got the LE 1S too in the very first sale and used it for half a day before handing it over to my friend. Right from the initial set up the phone was always running hot and I hardly had 4 or 5 apps installed on it.
Even before handing it out to my friend I did warn him about the heating issues but he was too eager to take it. After 2 days he realised that the handset was heating to a level beyond convenience and so he asked me to raise a refund request from Flipkart. After raising a request Flipkart asked to install some diagnosis app so that they can figure out what the issue was, then they conveniently rejected the refund request saying the handset had no defects. Tried once again and the same happened.
When I finally tried to escalate the issue they asked me to take the handset to LE’s service centre and get a report that the phone is not functioning properly and only then would they provide a replacement/refund. Sadly during the same time period my friend was bogged down with some urgent deliverables at office and couldn’t make it to the service centre at all and just retained the handset with him.
Points to note
1. Flipkart customer service sucks now.
2. Le 1S did have heating issues, at least with the handset I got.
But considering Le 2 having Snapdragon 615 and not a mediatek chipset I am hoping for the heating issue to not exist in this. Then again, the screen creaking issue seems to be worrying for sure for any potential buyer irrespective of the launch offers.
check this video, shows no heating issue even after heavy gaming
Do remember, just because you are availing Rs. 1200 off does not mean Rs. 10800 you spend on the phone is worth it!

7200 review units?
I stand corrected. They are not review units and The sale figure shows ~ 60k mobiles sold despite of such screen sound issues cried by the so called reviewers
5,600 + 2,000 + 2,000 + 8,000 + 13,600 + 16,000 + 12,800 = 60,000 units for sale in flipkart website
1,970 + 3,600 + 3,600 = 9170 units for sale in lemall website which will include the reviewers piece, 200 ceo units and for the sale on 28th…
Flipkart buyers will get their product sent from either bangalore or chennai, whereas le mall buyers should get it from Bombay.
Its weird to find only 3500 units of CDLA earphones been imported.. so rest all will be delayed….
I have purchased one , in confusion … should I cancel ? Please advice
