In the event orders are cancelled during or outside the offer period, the corresponding cashback value applied on that transaction will not be refunded.
In case of partial cancellation, complete cashback amount would be recalled and the customer would not be entitled for cashback.
The cashback amount for a transaction cannot be combined with or transferred or assigned to any other transaction.
If the customer doesn’t receive the cashback amount, he/she can claim for the same within 3 months from the order date. In the event the Cardholder fails to do so, he/she will not be eligible for the cashback amount.
LeEco in no event shall be liable for any incidental, consequential and financial losses in any event whatsoever.
HDFC Bank and LeEco reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
For any card related claims, the Cardholder shall approach the Bank and LeEco shall not entertain any such claims.
LeEco shall not be liable for any claims or grievances’ solely attributable to the Bank.
LeEco shall not be liable for any claims arising due to Force Majeure events or situations beyond LeEco’s reasonable control.
Any disputes, disagreements etc., by whatever name called and arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall, if not amicably resolved within 15 (fifteen) business days (from the date a party receives a notice from the other party stating its intent to amicably resolve the dispute), be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat/place of arbitration as well as the venue of arbitration shall be Bangalore, India. Further, the language to be used in arbitration shall be English.
In no event, the entire liability of LeEco for any dispute arising in connection with this offer shall exceed the cashback amount, a Cardholder is entitled to under the said offer.

Offer 2: 100% Cashback

Important Terms and Conditions:

100 lucky customers who have purchased the Le 2 and/or Le Max2 will be eligible to get a full refund of their orders.
To be eligible, customer has to buy the phone on LeMall on the 28th of June 2016.
The residents of the State of Tamil Nadu and wherever else prohibited by law, shall not be entitled to participate in this contest.
Winners will be announced towards End of July (exact date not fixed).
Announcement will be made on social media and winners list will be put up on LeMall.
Customers who have paid through card/net banking will have the amount refunded to the same account from which payment was done. All Visa/MasterCard/Maestro cards will be eligible for this offer.
Customers who have availed the HDFC 10% cashback offer will be eligible for a refund of only the balance payment (deducting cashback) and not the entire amount.

Important Terms and Conditions:

Every customer who purchases a Le 2 or Le Max2 on the first flash sale on 28th of June 2016 will receive a Le Type-C In-Ear Headphones for free.
The customer will be given a “LeCode” which can be used on LeMall.com to get a Le Type-C In-Ear Headphones for free.
The “LeCode” will be sent via SMS to the registered mobile number of the customer within 2 weeks of delivery.
To redeem the LeCode, the customer will have to visit lemall.com/in, select LeCode option from top left menu options. Once there, the customer will have to enter the LeCode received via SMS along with the captcha mentioned on the website. The Le Type-C In-Ear Headphones then gets added to the cart of the customer and customer follows normal checkout process while not having to pay any amount (No shipping or delivery costs as well).
