These Offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use and Sale to which you agree by using the Website. The Offer will not be available on any other product listed on the Website other than the Product(s). Notwithstanding anything contained herein, this Offer will not be available on any Product(s) which is returned or refunded by the Purchaser or if the order for such Product(s) is cancelled by the Purchaser or the authorized seller of the Brand.
