I purchased lg g7+ thinq along with buyback guarantee. The buyback period was beginning from 29 Mar, 19 to 27 Jun, 19, But i have been unable to reclaim the guarantee on any phone i. E. I have been unable to view the option of buyback guarantee on any phone. The customer care too has been unresponsive about it and took no steps to rectify the issue.
