In a nutshelll(Sony>Samsung>LG over cheap brands like VU micromax):
Pros: Quality & life of the product.
Cons:Price
You actually cannot compare.Every body gives 4k screen, few will give IPS display too. Its about the quality of the product and it’s life. Also the availability of Spare parts.
Finally its about one’s budget, sony’s 4k OLED being the best. Micromax, VU will also serve the purpose.If you just want brand name but you don’y have enough budget just go to olx, you will get Fake Sony LED tv’s for less than the price of VU and micromax with warranty, if they go bad you can always afford to buy a new one. But if Sony TV goes bad you will have to pay twice the cost of VU tv to get the screen replaced. Fnally,Any Non android can be converted to android.

I do not agree about LG/Samsung claim having better quality. If they had better quality and manufacturers trusted their capabilities, they would have provided more warranty instead of 1 year. I had an LG. It went out of warranty in a year, and then it immediately developed panel issues. LG wanted me to pay 20000 to replace only the panel. Instead, I purchased a billion 43" from Flipkart for 14000 with 3 years warranty. Much better, and peace of mind for at least 3 years.
