these are good headphone. i have used it. i returned it because it was little bulky. internal and external speakers are good.
Such products are non returnable unless there is a defect.
Many new CC will say that its returnable but in reality they are not.
You can cancel it before delivery but after delivery it wont be returned if you don’t like or needed.
In that case if the CC say u that in an email (it becomes a proof), then later u can tell that u will make a complaint in Consumer Court coz they had told u it’s returnable.
