2. When am I not eligible for this offer?
The customer is not eligible if the amount of Amazon Pay balance added is less than Rs.500 in a transaction.
3. What is the maximum cashback amount that I can avail under the Offer?
The maximum cashback amount per customer is Rs.500
4. My payment failed while placing the order for adding Amazon Pay balance; will I be eligible for the cashback under this Offer?
If your payment failed while placing an order, Amazon.in gives you an option to revive your payment for such order. You will be eligible for the Offer only when the order and payment are successful.
5. How can I add Amazon Pay balance?
To add Amazon Pay balance, you need to go to ‘Your Account’ → ‘Top up your Amazon Pay balance’ → ‘Pay using Credit Card / Debit Card / Net banking’

There is no amazon pay option for me
(As per the post title, 10% cashback is valid on both, ie: on adding money and on adding amazon pay credit balance)
I don’t know why people are so confused here, whatever the money you load from amazon pay balance topup link will go to amazon money now which is also usable on Amazon.in with amazon pay credit balance. And all the other gift cards which you reedem on Amazon.in in your account (even if you bought it by yourself from another account to claim any offer) and other amazon gift credits provided by customers care team as a gesture And Also the topup done on amazon pay credit balance from gift cards page will go to amazon.in credit pay balance only. is everything clear now*? both amazon money and Amazon.in pay credit balance is usable on Amazon.in. Any amount you add to amazon.in account from add money option under amazon pay balance on Amazon.in website will go to amazon money now and your limit is 20k per month only. if you want some more amount in your account then you can topup your amazon pay credit balance from gift cards page or first you have to buy gift cards of that amount via card and then you have to add it in your Amazon.in account which will reflect in amazon credit pay balance and there is no limit for accumulating amount in credit pay balance. Also you Cannot buy amazon gift card with amazon money as of now.
Doing Add money instead of performing topup to credit balance is the best bet here, as it is/will have certainly more benefits.

So … can I combine 2 amazon offers. Gift my account 5000 with a second account. The second account get 5% cashback (upto 250) and I apply that gift card to my account and get 10% = 500.

So many cash back offers, difficult to track all.
That’s why I keep the T&C page as PDF of all the cashback offers in a separate folder with Offer duration & Name as title. Once I get paid I edit the PDF file name & write/add PAID in it….
