I never knew it was a not allowed so i did and got discount of 200 on 1000 as well as 150 cashback on my first order.

Oh this is very bad I loaded two accounts and now I can only get 20% when compared to 40

off-topic – but I still prefer BB over grofers etc even when less discount. they don’t bring all items and reversal of cashback and hell of headache. BB is no fuss and error free and peace of mind .

No Amount Will Be Changed 200rs + Cod amount

what i mean to say is as per above post’s i cant apply coupon on account with balance loaded via offer. so what if i place an order with coupon were my account balance will be zero and after sometime pay via paytm of Payzapp. will they charge me that coupon amount at the time of delivery

With regards to 2nd time cash back …

Initially they had the offer between 31st to 4th. Then they changed the dates to 31st to 5th. May be that is the reason you are getting 2nd time cashback. You should note that, they may reverse the cashback applied later. They did once as far as I know.

No, BigBasket has a closed wallet, which means you can only spend the wallet money to buy things on BigBasket if they are operational in your city.

Load wallet first whenever there is an offer, place order using (new user) coupon – this has always worked for me.

Alternatively – if there is no money in BB wallet, place order on COD first using (new user) coupon, then make payment after order is packed.

The problem is only when using bank specific coupons (BBICICI200 or BBSBI250) – other payment options invalidates the coupon.

Order placed from a account with “0” balance added products worth 550Rs , applied Coupon Code which starts with BBSAM02 got a discount of 100 and paid 3 hours before delivery Done got total of 190 Rs approx

Note :Only 1 Coupon working per account.
