I am still doing research on which appliance to buy to make pizza and cakes and found some interesting info so use it for your advantage.

• A bigger capacity / literage microwave means a bigger magnetron which mean higher repair costs and more power required for the same task.

• Define your use. A smaller microwave like of Korio which I own costs just 2500 and is perfect for defrosting and food warming but not ideal for cooking complex dishes. While a large microwave with digital touch panel and pre programmed functions is ment for cooking and costs upwards of 6000. Which a convection Microwave oven costs anywhere from 12 to 25 thousand.

• Chose solo or multi mode : Solo are cheaper while multi mode have a lot of bells and whistles suited for complex cooking cycle.

If you want to make pizza then you don’t need a microwave(unless ur making microwave reheatable special pizza)

Microwaves are not good for the food, they cannot bring out the flavor like conventional cooking.
Because it actually heats in a different way.

I believe its bad for health. Because admist all controversy one thing that I learned that is very conclusive and has not been refuted by the industry.

Microwaved blood becomes useless so microwaving is banned. It changes the structure of the cells.

ALso breast milk becomes toxic for babies.

Now industry argues that it wont affect food cause its non-ionizing and all that bullshit.

But the fact is Blood banks don’t microwave blood anymore. They tried it once and many people died.

Also microwave are known to interfere with Wifi Signals in the next room.

So those waves are surely leaking.

A conventional OTG is the best and safest bet.
