Terms and Conditions

1. This offer (“Offer”) is made available to you by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“Amazon”) on the website www.ama...in and the corresponding the mobile site and mobile application (collectively “Amazon.in”).
2. The Offer is provided to Amazon Prime members by the participating seller (“Seller”) of the qualifying products (“Products”) and is funded by the Seller to the complete exclusion of Amazon. In other words, to be eligible to avail the benefits under this Offer, the purchasing customer must be an Amazon Prime member (“Eligible Customer”). Participating sellers are “Cloudtail India Pvt Ltd” and “Amazon Asia Pacific Holdings Pvt Ltd” for physical books and Kindle ebooks respectively.
3. These Offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale and Privacy Notice to which you agree to by using Amazon.in. In the event of any conflict between the Conditions of Use & Sale and these Offer Terms, these Offer Terms will prevail, only for the purposes of this Offer.
4. The promotion is valid for a limited time only. Amazon and the Seller reserve the right to cancel or withdraw the Offer at any time.
5. This Offer is only available on the purchase by the Eligible Customer of select and qualifying Products, listed by the participating Sellers.
6. Under this Offer, the Seller will provide a discount on the purchase price of the Product to every Eligible Customer who purchases a Product from the Seller during the validity and availability of the Offer. The discount benefit will be provided to the Eligible Customer at the time of Checkout on Amazon.in.
7. If an Eligible Customer does not purchase the qualifying Products added to his/her Amazon.in Shopping Cart when the promotion is in effect, the discount will not apply.
8. The Offer will be applicable only on the purchase of qualifying Products displaying the Offer message on their product information pages on Amazon.in.
9. The Offer applies only to Products sold by the Seller indicated in the Offer message. It does not apply to the same products sold by other sellers. For example, if the promotion applies to cookware offered by Seller ‘A’, the same cookware offered by other sellers on Amazon.in does not qualify for this Offer.
10. If you cancel or return any of the Products purchased under this Offer, the amount of discount provided to the Eligible Customer will be subtracted / deducted from your return credit (i.e. the amount to be returned to the Eligible Customer for the return).
11. Shipping of delivery charges if applicable to Product(s), shall continue to apply and the discount shall not be offered on such charges.
12. This Offer may not be combined with any other offers.
13. Offer is valid only until the stocks of the Products are available and are listed by the Seller on Amazon.in.
14. This Offer is void where prohibited.
15. If you remove any of the eligible Products from your Shopping Cart or violate any of the Terms and Conditions, the Offer will be invalid and the discount will not apply and your participation will be deemed to be withdrawn.
16. Amazon does not endorse any of the products or brands being offered on Amazon.in, including the eligible Products. Neither Amazon not any of its affiliates makes no any warranty of any kind, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or for delivery or after sales services, in relation to the Product. You hereby release Amazon and its affiliates from liability of any kind relating to the mentioned above.
17. Under no circumstances will the benefit / discount being offered under this Offer be provided in cash by Amazon or by the Seller, i.e. there are no cash or other alternatives available in whole or in part, in relation to the benefits / discounts under this Offer. No requests for transfer or assignment of the benefits / discounts under the Offer shall be entertained.
18. Any queries or issues in relation to availing the Offer should be addressed to Amazon and such queries or issues will be entertained by Amazon only during the validity of the Offer.
19. Amazon reserves the right to disqualify an Eligible Customer from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the Offer.
20. You are not bound in any manner to participate in the Offer. Any such participation is voluntary and the same is being made purely on a “best effort basis”.
21. These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters/ disputes in relation to these Offer Terms.
22. All disputes between the Eligible Customer and the Seller will be resolved inter se and Amazon will not (nor will be liable or obliged to) mediate or resolve any dispute or disagreement between the Eligible Customer and the Seller.
23. Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Offer Terms.
